Request for Confirmation of Policies Regarding The Alex Jones Channel
This is a letter I’m sending YouTube today: the video I had taken down last week was not only endangering but defamatory. It was fake news.
YouTube needs to clarify its position on that as well as whether Alex’s claims about the impending doom of his channel were true.
In this letter, I reference a sealed Court document. I am sending that to YouTube but cannot post that here because to do so would violate the seal.
The seal is in place on this case because Alex argued to keep it on (I wanted it open so the true injustice of my case could be available to the media, to show his vexatious litigation). Alex then broadcasted sealed court documents to millions of his viewers in a misleading way to make me look like the aggressor in our case.
I filed for divorce in the collaborative process, a mediation-style process, because I knew Alex would do everything he could to hurt me.
Dear YouTube Legal,
Pursuant to your polices and complaint process, I have filed a complaint against a video which you removed last week for “Privacy Violations.”
Alex Jones has said that his channel was one strike away from removal, yet the removal of this video has not had any affect on his channel.
My complaint outlined how the video was defamatory/fake news and how.
As simple evidence, I offer you the attached redacted pleading filed October 13, 2014.
(This is just one instance and one filing in many vexatious filings which Alex used to try and take the children away, which I am able to provide.)
At t 8:11 Alex Jones says, “I never tried to take the children.”
This pleading for Sole Managing Conservatorship clearly shows that Alex filed to take the children away from me. Not only that, but he filed for me not to be able to talk to them via text, email or telephone (without his agreement or the agreement of a corrupt expert) and for all my periods of possession to be suspended.
This is the first in a serious of motions purposefully filed by my ex husband, Alex Jones, to take the children from me.
There are many other fake news statements in this video and the “Press Conference” video about which I have already filed a complaint (do you need me to provide the evidence – I have outlined them for you).
These include Alex’s statements:
That the Jury’s decision for me to be Primary Parent was no big change, that the decision was “split” (it was a 10-2 decision),
That “(Kelly) filed and was pushing for me to have supervised visits and for me not to have overnights with my children. So that’s how it began.”
“No crimes, no nothing, done nothing.”
“We heard all those testimonies about me alienating my children with no documents and no evidence,” (abundant evidence was present in written form and recordings, and Alex has admitted alienating behaviors in previous hearings).
“You can see it all over the news that this trial was about me trying to take my kids from my ex-wife, when it started, in the beginning, that she was trying to take them away from me. That is an absolute fact”
“So I was inducted into this system, 2013, 2014 continually.”
It is evident that Alex Jones has used your channel to defame me and to broadcast fake news about me to millions of people.
YouTube provided him with Alex with a forum, and this has hurt my life:
It allowed Alex to miscast the Jury’s decision for me to be Primary Parent to millions as well as the history of my case and my mental health.
I have been targeted by extremists online.
My children, my friends, my children’s friends, my community had this one-sided fake news about me through your channel.
This continues: the Alex Jones Channel is still up.
Will you please explain to me how this video didn’t result in a third strike for Alex Jones?
If Alex’s claims were not true, about the alleged impending takedown, then Alex lied to raise money off your channel.
He broadcasted this information.
If he lied about this, wouldn’t that have made his broadcasts about the impending takedown fake news broadcasts about YouTube fake news broadcasts?
If it is fake news, doesn’t it violate your policy?
Alex Jones used your channel this weekend to post a video of my minor son that he did not have my permission to post.
Your failure to act and remove his channel (and I do understand Alex’s censorship claims could have just been a lie generated by Alex to get donations) allowed that video to play to millions of Alex’s followers.
Please relay to me what your policies really are/if the confirmation of this being fake news will result in the channel’s takedown.
Expect my amendment to my previous complaint on the other video (Alex’s fake news conference) early this week.
