My name is Kelly Jones.
I am the ex-wife of the notorious broadcaster, Alex Jones.
Over six months ago, a Jury decided for me to be Primary Parent to our children.
Despite this, the Judge has left my children primarily with Alex Jones.
My case, trial and legal history have been replete with due process and civil liberties violations, including:
Denial of due process
Denial/Blocking of First Amendment Free Speech Rights including specific injunctions on what I may talk about and words I am disallowed from using.
Gross 14 Amendment Rights Violation, including forced, non-indicated treatment and the right to parent and morally instruct my children
The presiding Judge, Orlinda Naranjo, has acted repeatedly post-verdict outside the law to implement temporary orders on a decided case.
I have filed to recuse her in the past for violations including notable, repeated bias and ex-parte communications.
She has punished me for exercising my 1st Amendment, despite my ex-husband notorious public speech, and has imposed Free Speech constraints unilaterally against me (and not my ex-husband.)
I have been attacked in Court repeatedly for my faith. My ex-husband’s recent filings directly target my faith.
This Judge has denied my right to select the attorney of my choice and issued protective orders for perjured experts on my case.
I have filed complaints with the Texas Judicial Commission, who is investigating this Judge in three other cases.
If you will help me, this Judge and her repeated course of conduct to abuse her discretion, deny litigants civil liberties and to act outside the law will be a national issue.
The people of Travis County and I need your help. I can connect you with others she has similarly affected.
I have multiple filings I can share with your counsel, including our objections to the above stipulations.
If the unconstitutional provisions are allowed to stand, my orders will become caselaw that will allow unconstitutional infringements on other American’s rights.
Please help protect my Civil Liberties and support my appeal or take it on.
