Alex has filed repeatedly in Court to block Kelly Jones’ Free Speech rights (and other Civil Liberties)
In a glaring instance of hypocrisy, Alex Jones of infowars.com’ is holding a Free Speech press conference tomorrow at 9:00 AM ET at the National Press Club: Alex Jones has filed repeatedly to block his ex-wife, Kelly Jones’ Free Speech and other Civil Liberties.
These aggressive arguments and filings, as well as judicial bias, led to unconstitutional orders being issued at the conclusion of the Jones custody case.
Kelly Jones is appealing these orders that include gross and evident unconstitutional injuctions against what Kelly can say about Alex Jones and other extreme civil liberty violations. These injunctions are not enforced against Alex Jones.
Says Kelly Jones, “It’s hard to imagine that anyone would have the audacity to hold a Free Speech/Censorship press conference while actively fighting another’s Free Speech rights, yet Alex is doing this.
As recently as last Friday, April 6, 2018, Alex filed a motion which attacked my free speech.
Alex has defamed me and countless others on air. He has used his speech to harass people who have survived horrific attacks. He has even said that the little children who were massacred at Sandy Hook were “crisis actors.”
Now he’s playing the victim for hurting and defaming people. He is no victim. I believe he chooses to defame for attention and to profit off grief.
Ironically, he has used revenue from his business and infowars to fight my Free Speech.
Alex has no foothold to attack my Free Speech. It is my unalienable right. Free Speech doesn’t belong to Alex Jones and it doesn’t go out the window in Family Court.”
Kelly Jones is an outspoken Family Court Justice activist who won a jury trial to be primary parent in 2017. She is candid about Family Court corruption, pointing out that America desperately needs Family Court reform. Kelly Jones has a strong civil rights/free speech appeal on file with the First Texas Court of Appeals. She is suing Alex Jones for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
