Austin, TX – Friday, May 4 at 1:00 PM in the Travis County Courthouse at Travis County Courthouse, 1000 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78701 Judge Livingston will hear argument from “Alex Jones Ex,” Kelly Jones, who is requesting a Stay on State Court Proceedings on the defamation/IIED lawsuit she filed against Alex Jones.  Alex Jones will be represented by counsel costing  jointly thousands of dollars an hour.

Kelly will argue that the situation is inequitable:  Alex Jones has again sued Kelly Jones for child custody WHILE the Orders from the previous custody lawsuit he filed are on APPEAL.  Those Orders, Kelly contends, are unconstitutional and were issued with bias. The Orders have left the Jones children primarily with Alex Jones despite an April 2017 Jury verdict for Kelly to be Primary Parent.

Alex Jones recent lawsuit (again suing Kelly for child custody) and the ongoing acceptance of such filings by questionable Judge Orlinda Naranjo have forced Kelly to ask the Federal Government for relief.   She has plead to the Federal Court remove her case from State Court based on Civil Liberties and Human Rights Violations.  Kelly also cited a RICO racket  in her Removal, pointing to the corrupt experts in Austin, TX who profit unlawfully by lying and blocking child custody.

Says Kelly Jones, “Multiple experts in my case have admitted that they committed perjury, or lied under oath.  Alex has filed repeatedly to block my Free Speech and other rights.  I’m grateful to Travis Judge Livingston for taking my case and will plead for her to give me time to prepare for the Jury trial and conduct adequate discovery.  I cannot do that while new instances of Alex’s intentional infliction of emotional distress continue.

Alex’s attorneys are acting in bad faith.  They have done everything they can to financially deplete me and bully me through the system.  I’m not afraid of them or Alex Jones and I look forward to this day in Court.  This may be a David and Goliath story, but good and truth always win and God stands with the innocents.”

Kelly has invited other Travis County family court victims to attend and has asked them to wear all black and the #TexasMercy hashtag so the media can recognize them.

Kelly Jones is available for comment after the Hearing.  Available for comment also will be:  Kelly Jones’ Appellate Attorney, Brandi Stokes, Host of Law and Justice on Your Side! Attorney Mia Alexia, Family Court activist, and Co-Founder of the Texas Mercy Project (a support and activist organization for family law litigants and their families in formation), Dawn Balli, as well as other Travis County parents who have wrongfully and unjustly lost their children in Travis County Family Court.

Kelly Jones is an outspoken Family Court Justice activist who won a Jury trial to be Primary Parent  in 2017. She is outspoken about Family Court corruption, pointing to Alex Jones’ vexatious litigation and the coordinated Aggravated Perjury of multiple experts that led to her unlawfully losing her children as an illustration of the fact that America desperately needs Family Court Reform.  Kelly Jones has a strong Civil Rights/Free Speech Appeal on file with the First Tx Court of Appeals.  She is suing Alex Jones for Defamation and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. She is the Editor of and Co Founder of the Texas Mercy Project.
