Alex Jones Ex-wife Kelly Jones Cites Human and Civil Rights Violations and Child Custody Racket as reasons necessitating Federal intervention
For Immediate Release
Austin, TX – Yesterday, Kelly Jones filed a Notice of Removal pleading to the Federal Government to remove a child custody lawsuit filed by Alex Jones on April 6, 2018.
Pointing to gross human and civil rights violations, including 1st, 4th and 10th Amendment violations, Alex Jones’ ex-wife, attached the docket sheets from the case and its history as evidencing an extreme level of vexatious litigation.
The Removal Action cites specific Due Process violations presiding Travis Co. Judge Orlinda Naranjo, showing that in her Court without Federal intercession, Kelly would have NO ABILITY to protect her children from a most corrupt and shameful dynamic.
The suit filed by Alex Jones which Kelly is asking the Federal Court to remove was filed less than six months after the Final Orders rendition, which Kelly is actively appealing the Unconstitutional and negligent orders issued by Judge Naranjo that left the Jones children primarily with Alex Jones despite the 2017 Jury verdict for Kelly to be Primary Parent.
Says Kelly Jones, “Judge Orlinda Naranjo has acted with unbelievably negligent bias outside the law to afford my ex-husband, Alex Jones procedural advantagesa. She has encouraged him to file against me repeatedly by her rulings, which are grossly negligent and harmful to my children. She has violated the State and US Constitutions as well as multiple cannons of the Judicial Code in my case and others.
It is hard to fathom how this Judge would willfully defy a Jury verdict she “accepted” to favor my ex-husband, Alex Jones, who was just sued yesterday in Travis County.
This suit, one of several recently brought by different parties, was brought by the parents of the Sandy Hook victims for the horrors, including death threats, that Alex’s caused these grieving parents with irresponsible and unfathomable defamation. Alex is being sued in at least two other cases for defamation.
Last Friday, my ex-husband drove my son to his studio to watch him engage in what appears to have been a drink or drug induced intoxicated and explicit raging rant. I cannot seek relief in Naranjo’s Court where child abuse was proven, gross medical negligence and a confirmatory bias by racketeering and unscrupulous professionals was proven to a Jury who decided for me.
I plead to the Federal Court to remove this case and also to the FBI to investigate the child custody racket in Travis County, which a brief discussion with the local field office and the Texas Attorney General will reveal has been brought to their attention multiple times in multiple cases.
There are Court Appointed experts who act with repeat bias and negligence to leave children with abusers in Travis County. This was shown in my case. I know the abundant evidence that I have of this bias and negligence as well as the Constitutional violations, will lead the Federal Court to act swiftly to remove the case. That evidence is currently sealed, but I will be filing to remove that seal in Federal Court so America can understand that horror and injustice my family has suffered for years.”
Kelly Jones is an outspoken Family Court Justice activist who won a Jury trial to be Primary Parent 2017. She has launched custodywars.com to bring attention to Family Court corruption. She points to Alex Jones’ vexatious litigation and the coordinated Aggravated Perjury of multiple experts that led to her unlawfully losing her children as an illustration of the fact that America desperately needs Family Court Reform. Kelly Jones has a strong Civil Rights/Free Speech Appeal on file with the First Tx Court of Appeals. She is suing Alex Jones for Defamation and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (and is currently Pro Se in that matter but seeks counsel).
