Kelly Jones reaches out to Sandy Hook Parents, offers to testify, provide impeachment evidence
For Immediate Release: July 23, 2018
Austin, TX In contradiction to his sworn Court testimony offered in three separate cases (Divorce, Financial and Child Custody Modification), that he is a “performance actor,” Alex Jones has filed a Motion to Dismiss the Sandy Hook Parents’ defamation lawsuit against him, stating he is a “reporter.”
Says Alex Jones’s ex-wife, Kelly Jones, “Alex said he was a ‘Performance Actor’ in Family Court to steal my children and millions of dollars. Now he’s arguing that he is a “reporter” to try and escape the serious liability he incurred by intentionally defaming the child victims of the Sandy Hook shooting and putting their parents through hell.
I have reached out to the Sandy Hook parents’ counsel. I am available to testify, and I have abundant and powerful evidence to impeach Alex’s “reporter” argument, including almost fifteen years of knowledge of his business practices and background.
Alex should be sanctioned and damages immediately accessed for the Sandy Hook parents.
Further, and significantly, Aggravated Perjury is a crime. In my case, I suffered tremendous personal and financial damages, which are ongoing and have gone unaddressed despite repeated outreach to both State and Federal law enforcement.
The Texas Attorney General, can no longer ignore this Aggravated Perjury and related crimes. These crimes include what I believe is clear evidence of Fraud. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton needs to act immediately to indict Alex Jones.”
Kelly Jones is an outspoken Family Court Justice activist who won the Internationally covered Jones jury trial in 2017. She is suing Alex Jones for Defamation and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distres and asking for $131 million/infowars as damages, which she pledges to unplug.
